This is a lovely, slushy mocktail inspired by a tiki classic. The Rain Killer. This mocktail combines citrus, pineapple and a Pineapple Shrub into a delightful frozen drink.

Ingredients

• 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
• 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 oz Orange Juice
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 1 1/2 oz Brown Sugar Spiced Pineapple Shrub
• 4 oz Ice
• 1 Dash Orange Bitters (Optional)

Steps

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. (Including bitters if using)
2. Blend until a smooth slush
3. Serve in a margarita glass, garnish with a sprig of Mint.
